Shipping Policy

At Flairis Jewelry, we take great care in ensuring that your purchased items are delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

  1. All purchased items are insured for their full value before shipment. However, insurance lapses immediately after delivery of an item and as soon as the customer signs for a package. Therefore, we advise you to inspect your order for any possible damage before signing for receipt.
  2. In case you receive merchandise damaged during delivery, please refuse the shipment, and call at (475) 747-1017 immediately.
  3. Flairis Jewelry provides estimated delivery dates for all available items so you may know when to expect your order.
  4. Orders placed on any regular business day before the cut-off time will be managed on the same day.
  5. Orders placed on weekends, during the holidays, or after the cut-off time on a business day will be managed the next business day.
  6. Alternate shipping addresses are permitted provided that your issuing bank has both your billing address and your alternate shipping address on file.
  7. Shipments are carried via FedEx Ground®, FedEx 2Day®, or FedEx Priority Overnight®. The shipping options depend on the price of your order (taxes excluded). Order over $800 free of charge carried via FedEx Ground®, FedEx 2Day®, or FedEx Priority Overnight®.
  8. A signature upon receipt of a delivery is mandatory. Expedited delivery or a Saturday delivery can be arranged for a minimal fee.
